Disney is the latest cruise ship to catch the water-ride craze.
The new Disney Dream ship will feature AquaDuck, a 765-foot-long water coaster with two-person rafts that will shoot down a flume that includes a loop extending 13 feet over the side of the ship.
Disney Dream launches its Bahamas cruise Jan. 26, 2001 from Port Canaveral, Fla. It will be Disney's largest capacity ship at 4,000 people.
In addition to the water ride, the new ship will hang virtual portholes over the beds of windowless staterooms. The portholes will display 24-hour views of the water and sky, as well as an occasional Disney character, on the screen.
